Terms of Use
Terms of use for the TechCover website: service information, project enquiries, content, intellectual property and communication.
Last updated:
1. Scope and acceptance of the terms
The website presents technology services, publishes information and allows you to communicate, submit enquiries or express interest in collaboration. By using it, you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the information submission functions.
These terms concern only the use of the website. If you have questions, you can use the contact page.
2. Enquiries, quotes and project commissioning
Service descriptions are for information purposes. Submitting a form, requesting a quote or sending an email does not constitute an order, acceptance of a project or a payment obligation. An automatic acknowledgement only confirms receipt of your enquiry.
The scope, deliverables, price, taxes, schedule, licences, support and payment terms are defined in the specific quote or agreement accepted by the parties. These terms do not replace that agreement. General website descriptions do not guarantee any particular search engine ranking, sales or business outcome.
Where consumer protection law applies, mandatory pre-contractual information and any right of withdrawal are provided in accordance with the law. These terms do not restrict them.
3. Responsible use and information you submit
Please submit accurate information and content that you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, card numbers, unnecessary identity details or sensitive personal data through the forms. If a project requires confidential information, a suitable method of exchange is agreed first.
The website must not be used for fraud, harassment, unsolicited bulk submissions, transmission of malware, unauthorised access or actions that interfere with its operation. TechCover may restrict abusive submissions and access attempts through proportionate security measures.
4. Content and intellectual property
The text, logo and other website elements are protected, where the legal conditions are met, by the rights of TechCover or their respective owners. Displaying them does not transfer ownership or commercial exploitation rights.
You may read the content, share links to pages and use material as permitted by law or express permission. Republication or commercial use beyond statutory exceptions requires the rights holder's permission. Third-party trademarks and works remain the property of their owners.
Rights to project code, designs and deliverables are governed by the relevant agreement and the licences of the components used.
5. Articles and external links
Articles provide general technology information as of their publication or update date. Applying a technical solution requires assessment of your business's specific circumstances, dependencies and requirements.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. TechCover does not continuously control their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you visit.
6. Employment and collaboration applications
Sending a CV or expression of interest does not constitute a job offer, collaboration agreement or commitment to hire. Assessment depends on current needs and communication with the candidate. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
Reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy and smooth operation of the website. Interruptions, technical errors or the need to correct content may occur. If you find a problem, please inform us at info@techcover.gr.
Each party's liability is assessed under applicable law and any specific agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights of visitors or consumers.
8. Personal data protection
The collection and use of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy. Simply visiting the website does not constitute consent to advertising messages, optional trackers or other independent processing purposes.
9. Changes and applicable law
These terms may be updated when the website or the relevant framework changes. The update date appears at the top of the page. Changes do not retrospectively alter previously agreed project terms without the required agreement.
Greek law applies, subject to mandatory provisions of EU law and any other applicable law. Court jurisdiction is determined by the applicable rules without restricting consumer rights. You may contact us first to resolve a dispute, without excluding any lawful remedies.
